Located in the Kouri area of Kalamaria, just a few steps from the sea and the Aretsoú Beach, this six-storey residential building was completed and delivered in 2021. The project consists of six exclusive floor-through apartments and enjoys a prime location next to the Kalamaria seafront promenade, the beach, and the Aretsoú Marina.

The architectural design combines timeless elegance with a contemporary aesthetic. Carefully selected façade materials, external shading louvers, exotic wood finishes on the balconies’ ceilings, expansive glass surfaces, and the application of a honeycomb façade system define the building’s modern yet enduring character.

Special emphasis was placed on the interior design of the residences, offering owners a wide selection of materials and finishes, curated in collaboration with the company’s experienced architectural team.
