The project is situated in the Axiomatikon District, one of the most distinctive areas of Kalamaria, within a neighbourhood defined by its strong residential character and immediate relationship with the waterfront. The qualities of the site have been central to the architectural approach, informing the creation of a contemporary building that engages meaningfully with its surroundings.

A further dimension to the value of the location is provided by its immediate proximity to Kodra Camp, a site of exceptional environmental, historical and cultural significance. Its planned regeneration and revitalisation are expected to create the foundations for a metropolitan-scale destination for green space, culture, education and recreation, further strengthening the role of the wider area as one of Kalamaria’s most significant emerging points of reference.

The Thessaloniki Nautical Club is located immediately nearby, while the centre of Kalamaria and a carefully selected range of services, dining venues and retail destinations are all within easy reach. The architectural composition is structured around the interplay of light, volume and outdoor space.
